セットアップアシスタントがうまく動かないようです

トップページ/cgi/setup/start.cgi
のパーミッションを変更したのですが/cgi/setup/start.cgi?m=Tools&k=s300というページになり。
以下のエラーでます

となり
パーミッションは705でも755でも同じです。
初歩的な質問で大変申し訳ございませんがよろしくお願いいたします

環境はhttp://www.coreserver.jp/help/index.php/path/です。
